Lokey School of Business & Public Policy, and uses her passion for cannabis along with her life experience in a working-class Latino community to build a cannabis industry that is inclusive and diverse. She is currently the Founder and President of Calibueno, a licensed cannabis company in Oakland with distribution, retail non-storefront and manufacturing business units. Her deep commitment to public safety and social equity will continue to fuel her success and continue to make Calibueno an industry leader.

Sabrina Noah is the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Cresco Labs where she interfaces with the company’s top leaders managing and executing Cresco’s entry in to new markets.
She is compliance focused and a top leader in managing the regulatory environment for large scale cannabis companies. She has a fifteen-year history working in government relations and organizing grassroots campaigns, with the last three years working to open access to medical cannabis for patients across the country. She was integral in helping several new medical cannabis markets draft their legislation, has won several merit-based application licenses and launched successful operations in multiple markets across the country. Prior to the cannabis industry, Sabrina worked with several Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, automotive and technology industries.

Rashad Johnson has worked in politics at the national, state and local levels. Rashad has worked in education reform, empowering communities to have honest conversations about the state of education in those communities. Before Rashad joined Eaze, Rashad worked in the state legislature for Senator Steve Bradford and Pro Tem Toni Atkins to help develop and craft SB 1294, the state’s Cannabis Equity Bill. This bill allotted monies and technical support for communities and individuals impacted by the Drug War, focusing on those who would like to work or seek ownership in the cannabis space. He currently works for Eaze on the Government Relations side.

Lanese Martin is Co-Founder and Political Director of The Hood Incubator, directing the organization’s political strategy, including base-building, community organizing and policy advocacy work.
Lanese began her professional career consulting small family businesses by systemizing their operations and developing growth strategies for them. While studying for an M.B.A. in Sustainable Enterprise, she began to shift her professional focus from consulting to political organizing, focusing on progressive campaigns. Her work as the Field Director for an Oakland-based nonprofit led to deep relationships with non-profits and black and brown communities, not only in Oakland, but across California. Alternatively, her work as the Field Director for Nancy Skinner’s successful 2016 CA State Senate race led to strong relationships with elected leaders as well as their staff across the Bay Area.

Kimberly Cargile is a mother, an advocate for natural medicine and a business owner. Kimberly has been dedicated to advancing the medical cannabis industry in California for almost twenty years now. She is the CEO of one of California’s oldest and most respected cannabis dispensaries, A Therapeutic Alternative, and is a founder and owner of Modesto Cannabis Collective, Riverbank Cannabis Collective, Davis Cannabis Collective and Dixon Cannabis Collective.
In 2009, Kimberly started working as a business consultant for the medical cannabis industry. Over the years, she has helped open or reopen dozens of cannabis businesses including dispensaries, cultivation sites, manufacturing companies and garden supply companies. Kimberly has been instrumental in advancing industry standards with her position on the boards of many advocacy groups.
In 2013, Kimberly was voted one of the top ten most influential people in the cannabis community in Sacramento by Sacramento Alternative Magazine. In 2016, Kimberly was nominated for the Luminary Award by the National Association of Women Business Owners. And just this year, Kimberly was voted by the Sacramento News and Review as one of 2019’s Top 5 Women to Watch and the Sacramento Business Journal’s award for Women Who Mean Business. Kimberly is a published writer, has been interviewed by many publications, radio shows, podcasts and television shows. Kimberly is respected for her knowledge, ethics and compassion. Her experience has earned her the title as an expert in the cannabis industry.

Eugene Ma has 12 years of professional experience in MGO’s Bay Area assurance practice. He is a leader in the firm’s transportation and transit industry group and has served a wide variety of clients, including publicly traded companies, privately held businesses and government entities. Dante Tosetti is a regulatory compliance and risk management consultant to financial institutions. He has over twenty years of risk management experience within private equity, the Federal Reserve and commercial banking. Dante has been covered by the Wall Street Journal, American Banker, Fortune, Geekwire, Reuters PE Hub and Credit Union Management Magazine for his expert analysis on banking the nascent marijuana industry in a safe and sound manner.
Dante is currently a Regulatory Liaison for a bank which was under a BSA-related public enforcement action. Prior to his independent practice, Dante developed a business plan for marijuana banking. He joined Privateer Holdings, Inc., a global private equity firm shaping the future of the legal cannabis industry to advance marijuana banking. He was also Privateer’s Director of Treasury Compliance, where he oversaw the firm’s compliance with laws and regulations, the Department of Justice Cole Memorandum and corresponding FinCEN guidance. He fostered and established first of its kind relationships with banks, credit unions, insurance providers and merchant service providers in the United States, Canada and the EU.
Dante earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is a graduate from the Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS) at the University of Washington. His PCBS thesis paper titled “Redefining Bank Performance” focused on indicators of bank performance, particularly return on average assets. The paper was published by the school as well as ICBA Magazine. He resides in Northern California.

Leading with a client-first focus, Corey looks to partner with the organizations and individuals he works with in order to find the right solutions and service that drives success. With close to a decade of industry experience, Corey has worked with a number of small and medium-sized businesses and is knowledgeable about property, casualty, life and health insurance. Corey specializes in working with elevator contractors, manufacturing, distributing, healthcare and construction. Additionally, he is focused on the unique needs and challenges facing cannabis-related business, including dispensaries, cultivators, extractors, developers and much more.
Corey joined Bolton in 2014. He is a member of the National Association of Elevator Contractors, and volunteers his time with the Bolton Foundation and Make a Difference. Corey holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University and is currently pursuing his Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation and Certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.

Christine De La Rosa is a transplanted Texan living and thriving in Oakland, CA. Christine spent 20 years as a systems architect in tech before coming to cannabis. She is a social entrepreneur who has spent most of her adult life building businesses that creatively engage and employ the local communities that surround them. A history in technology, business consulting, restaurants, event production companies, an art gallery, a retail shop and a salon were part of her trajectory that led to co-owning successful cannabis businesses in both California and Oregon. She is a well-respected business person, advocate and activist.
Christine is passionate about the industry that saved her life. At the top of her tech career she almost died from complications of undiagnosed lupus. In 2015, she found cannabis as an alternative to treat her lupus. No longer bound to 11 pills a day or monthly infusions, she was inspired by her experience to open Benefit Health Collective in 2016, along with her three co-founders, to help those who most need access to cannabis. Together they have grown a profitable multistate dispensary and a fiercely sought-after national social equity model and enterprise now known as The People’s Dispensary.
